The Brief:
To organise an incentive trip as a reward to the delegates of a company and to motivate the senior management team to drive the business forward. The client wanted it to be an exciting destination with plenty of activities packed into a short trip. With no specific destination prescribed we pitched a number of options, where we have run successful incentive trips before.
Our Solution:
- A three day luxury incentive trip to Miami full of incredible experiences. Attempting to see as much of Miami as possible, including the most southern point of the US, the idea was to travel by a different and exciting form of transport each day, and staying in 5* luxury accommodation.
- Travel along the Overseas Highway from Key West to Downtown Miami by 4×4 jeep, boat, jet ski and ‘Hummer Killers’
- Along the way, opportunities for deep sea Marlin fishing, whilst travelling up the coast of Miami.
- An evening spent having a private party in a Penthouse on SoBe with a three course-dinner.
- Lunch spent on the world famous Nikki Beach in a private VIP area, with reserved sun beds to relax on for the afternoon.
- Further opportunites for exhilarating fun on a Jet ski safari in Biscayne Bay, and a private guided Snorkelling-Safari at the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.
